Delivery and Returns

Delivery
  1. All deliveries are made through a courier service for which a signature will be required upon receipt. The parcel is fully insured from dispatch until the receipt of a signature. Once dispatched, you will be sent a confirmatory e-mail and a tracking reference number.
  2. A postage and packaging charge will be applied (during checkout) for deliveries as per below:

    Europe £7.00 3 to 5 working days
    Rest of World £9.00 5 to 7 working days
  3. Please allow an additional 2 to 3 weeks on the above delivery times for any personalised orders. Personalised items are those which have embroidered / embellished on them initials as per your order through our website.
  4. Any order above £150 (product value) will be delivered free of charge.
  5. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
  6. Orders delivered outside of The UK and Europe may be subject to a customs and / or import duty charge for which the consignee will be liable. Unfortunately, due to varying rates applied by different countries, we are unable to calculate this charge and recommend you check with your local customs office before placing an order.
  7. Please note the delivery times listed above for addresses outside of The UK and Europe is given as a guideline; we can't predict how long they may be held with customs.
  8. Gift vouchers are delivered through e-mail for which there is no charge. Please note that our website does not allow a gift voucher and a product to be purchased in the same order.
Returns
  1. Under The UK Distance Selling Regulations, you may return any unwanted item that has not been personalised, for a full refund as per the procedure detailed below. This is provided that the item is returned undamaged, unsoiled, unused and with all original labeling in place. Please ensure that the original packaging is also included.
  2. If you wish to obtain a refund, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of your delivery by one of the following:

  3. The item(s) for return should then be sent, at your cost and risk, to the address below. Please quote your original order.

  4. Jupi London Limited can't be held responsible for any returns not received or damaged in transit. We recommend using a registered delivery service and having the item(s) insured.
  5. Gift vouchers will not need to be returned. Once we have received notification of your cancellation, we will simply invalidate the gift voucher number and process your refund.
  6. All refunds will be made to the same card details from which payment was originally received. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange returns for another colour or product.
  7. Unless faulty or not per specification, any item that is personalised will not be permissible for return. Personalised products are those which have embroidered / embellished on them initials as per your order through our website.
