Our Contract and Order Process

  2. Payment for an order placed through this website constitutes an agreed contract being formed between you (the person ordering the goods) and Jupi as per these terms and condition. The contract shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
  3. Payment is only taken upon completion of your order process and provided the product is in stock (not applicable to personalised items). You are able to change or cancel your order details during the checkout process prior to payment.
  4. Once payment has been received, Jupi will confirm your order has been received and accepted by sending an email to the address you provide.
  5. All rights in this website are owned by Jupi. Use of this site is subject to our terms and conditions.
    1. You may not copy or store any part of this site or its contents other than for your personal use.
    2. You may not provide a link to this site from another business without our prior consent.
    3. We have made every effort to keep this site clear of bugs or viruses but cannot be held liable for any computer loss or damage which may occur from use of this site. It is your responsibility for having the appropriate antivirus equipment to safeguard your computer.
Product Colours
  1. The colours of our products viewed on this site may vary according to your monitor. While we have attempted to show them as truly as possible we cannot guarantee an accurate match between your monitor's display and the colour of the product on delivery. As per your legal right, should you wish to return the product if you are not satisfied by the colour, please follow the returns procedure.
Pricing and Payment
  1. Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of VAT but not of delivery charges.
  2. Payments will be debited immediately upon completion of an order. You are able to change or cancel your order details during the checkout process prior to payment.
  3. International cards will be charged in sterling at the exchange rate set by the international card provider or bank. Such providers or banks may apply an additional administrative charge for which the cardholder will be liable to pay.
Gift Vouchers and Messages
  1. Our gift vouchers are issued electronically and sent to your specified email address. Please ensure your email account is functional and does not classify it as SPAM.
  2. The vouchers may not be exchanged for cash and must be redeemed by the date specified on them. They may be used for goods of a higher value on payment of the difference.
  3. Our gift messaging service is for personal use only. When adding a gift message, you are completely responsible for the text and agree to not impersonate any person or write anything that may be construed as offensive or inappropriate. If we deem the message unsuitable, Jupi reserves the right to not send the message or refuse acceptance of your order without any liability to you.
Personalised Products
  1. If a product is personalised (through embellishment or embroidery with initials or a name as per your order), once payment is taken, no changes or cancellations are allowed.
  2. Returns can only be accepted if there is a fault with the product or if the personalisation has not been carried out as per your specification - we will send a confirmatory email detailing your order specification within 24 hours of purchase.
Delivery
  1. All deliveries are made through a courier service for which a signature will be required upon receipt. The parcel is fully insured from dispatch until the receipt of a signature. Once dispatched, you will be sent a confirmatory email and a tracking reference number.
  2. Our delivery charges and times vary depending on the product and the consignee's region. Please see our Delivery and Returns section for full details.
  3. Orders delivered outside of The UK and Europe may be subject to a customs and / or import duty charge for which the consignee will be liable. Unfortunately, due to varying rates applied by different countries, we are unable to calculate this charge and recommend you check with your local customs office before placing an order.
  4. Gift vouchers are delivered through email for which there is no charge. Please note that our website does not allow a gift voucher and a product to be purchased in the same order.
  5. Force Majeure - Jupi shall have no liability to you in the event of a delay to an order or damage to a delivery caused by an event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Returns
  1. Under The UK Distance Selling Regulations, you may return any unwanted item that has not been personalised, for a full refund as per the procedure detailed below. This is provided that the item is returned undamaged, unsoiled, unused and with all original labeling in place. Please ensure that the original packaging is also included.
  2. If you wish to obtain a refund, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of your delivery by one of the following:

  3. The item(s) for return should then be sent, at your cost and risk, to the address below. Please quote your original order.

  4. Jupi London Limited can't be held responsible for any returns not received or damaged in transit. We recommend using a registered delivery service and having the item(s) insured.
  5. Gift vouchers will not need to be returned. Once we have received notification of your cancellation, we will simply invalidate the gift voucher number and process your refund.
  6. All refunds will be made to the same card details from which payment was originally received. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange returns for another colour or product.
Privacy and Data protection, wont be shared with any third parties
  1. Information provided on this website will be held by Jupi only and not shared with any third parties. We maintain a strict policy of not disclosing your details with any other organizations.
  2. We use your information for administrative purposes in dealing with your orders.
  3. You will only be sent Jupi product information from time to time if you register with us and select the option requesting us to do so.
  4. When registering with us, you are required to choose an email address and password. It is your responsibility to keep these confidential and for all sessions and transactions under these details. Jupi shall not be liable for any loss to any person as a result of you not maintaining the details safely.
